Job Description
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Responsibilities:
- Process Letters of Authorization (LOA) efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate medical diagnosis and laboratory procedures.
- Ensure proper sequencing of diagnoses before laboratory procedures.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in a medical allied course (e.g., BS Biology, BS Psychology, Nursing, Caregiver, Midwifery, Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology, Medical Science, Pharmacy).
- Second-year students in a medical allied course are also encouraged to apply with 6 months to 1 year of experience in HMO Account.
- Strong understanding of medical procedures and diagnoses.
- Effective communication skills (average level).
- Ability to work onsite and handle shifting schedules.
