Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HMO Staff. As an HMO Staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating healthcare services for our employees enrolled in the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) program. Your duties will include processing claims, verifying coverage, and assisting employees in understanding their benefits.
The ideal candidate should have a background in healthcare administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both employees and healthcare providers. Prior experience working with HMOs is preferred.
