Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Healthcare Management, or similar) preferred.
- Healthcare background is a must.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of health insurance concepts, policies, and practices.
Job Description:
- Verify patient’s HMO ID authenticity.
- Determine beneficiary/dependent category.
- Provide patients with required HMO documents.
- Assist patients with form completion.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Update patients on application status.
- Endorse HMO claims to accounting.
