Job Description
OneNetworx.Net Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Part-Time HR Associate to enhance our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and training new agents using online tools.
- Building applicant sources and posting job openings on social media.
- Designing and updating job descriptions and qualifications.
- Interviewing applicants and verifying their qualifications.
Qualifications: Preferably six months of office experience, HR support experience, Filipino resident, honest, organized, and motivated. Must have a reliable computer and internet connection, smartphone, and knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
