Job Description
OneNetworx.Net Inc. is seeking a motivated Home-Based Part-Time HR Associate who will be responsible for recruiting and training new agents using online tools. The ideal candidate will build applicant sources, post job openings on social media, design job descriptions, and determine applicant qualifications through interviews and reference checks.
Qualifications include at least six months of experience in an office setting, familiarity with personnel recruitment, and proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Applicants must be Filipino residents, internet savvy, and able to work from home on a performance-based agreement.
