Job Description
The Home Health OASIS Reviewer’s primary responsibility is to review and evaluate patient assessments that home health agencies conduct. The OASIS Reviewer must ensure that assessments are completed accurately and by applicable standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in home health nursing and/or home health care
- Knowledge of OASIS data collection and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
