We seek a detail-oriented Homecare Scheduler to coordinate in-home visits, assign caregivers, and optimize daily schedules to meet client needs. The role requires managing calendars, confirming appointments, adapting to last-minute changes, and maintaining accurate patient records using scheduling software.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff.
- Prioritize requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure timely responses.
- Demonstrate strong organization, clear communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
