Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is seeking a Horizon Club Associate to join our team. Located in the heart of the vibrant Fort Bonifacio area, our upscale hotel offers a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark complex in Manila.
Duties:
- Provide personalized guest service
- Create memorable experiences for guests in the Horizon Club
- Maintain high service standards in the Horizon Club
- Assist with guest issues
Responsibilities:
- Preferably a college graduate in Hospitality or related field
- Experience with international 5* hotel group preferred
- Front Office and F&B background desired
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language
- Passion for guest interactions and problem-solving
