Job Description
Novaliches General Hospital Incorporation is seeking a dedicated Hospital Administrator to manage our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating medical services based on budget and resources.
- Ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Supporting and training medical staff.
- Enacting policies and evaluating providers.
- Participating in quality assurance and community health planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Benefits: Free on-site parking
Schedule: 8-hour shifts with flexible time options
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
