Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing reservations, and coordinating with the service staff to ensure a smooth dining experience. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, providing information about the restaurant, and handling customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle various tasks simultaneously, and remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
