Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Host. As a Host, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for each customer.
The ideal candidate for this role is friendly, outgoing, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should have a passion for customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate table assignments
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
