Job Description
One-day hiring process
Earn up to 25k monthly
We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels as required.
- Assist customers in modifying or canceling reservations in accordance with hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to reservations.
- Promote special deals, packages, and room upgrades to maximize hotel occupancy.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
