Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with reservations modifications or cancellations.
- Troubleshoot reservation problems like overbookings.
- Promote special deals and room upgrades.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements.
