Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites, with the potential to earn up to PHP 28,00 monthly!
Position Overview: Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests in making hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Modify or cancel reservations as per hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot reservation issues and promote special deals.
