Position Overview:
As a Hotel Booking Account Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests making hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
- Assist with modifying or canceling reservations as per hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot reservation-related problems.
- Promote special deals and room upgrades.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
