Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is looking for passionate individuals to fill the position of Hotel Booking Agent. We offer a competitive salary package, 13th Month Pay, and comprehensive HMO coverage for you and three dependents from day one.
Your responsibilities will include answering calls, delivering exceptional customer support across multiple channels, and resolving participant inquiries. We encourage applications from both college graduates and high school graduates with BPO experience. Strong English communication skills are a must. Please note that this is an on-site position, and candidates must reside within 25km to 35km of our office.
