Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Pro PH is looking for skilled Online Assistants to join our Hotel Reservation team. In this non-voice position, you will support customers via chat and email regarding hotel reservations, changes, and inquiries. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO or customer service and must be high school graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservation inquiries and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability and pricing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
