Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Assist in modifying or canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot reservation issues.
- Promote special deals and packages.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Able to work on-site.
