Job Description
ORT HIRES is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Booking Agents. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with booking, modifying, or canceling their reservations, as well as providing information on room availability, pricing, and special promotions. We are looking for friendly candidates with strong communication skills who can ensure an excellent customer experience.
No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training. Enjoy a Monday to Friday work schedule and take advantage of generous benefits, including health insurance and opportunities for advancement. Competitive compensation up to Php23,00.00 per month is available!
