Position Overview:
The Hotel Booking Call Center Agent provides exceptional customer service for hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Assist in modifying/canceling reservations per policy.
- Troubleshoot and solve reservation-related issues.
- Promote special deals to maximize revenue.
- Offer feedback for process enhancements.
