Position Overview: As a Hotel Booking Agent at Sapient Services Hub, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests seeking hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Assist with modifying or canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot reservation-related issues.
- Promote special deals and upgrades.
Pay: Php 18,00 – Php 28,00 per month.
