Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO Makati as a Hotel Booking Agent! Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
We are seeking candidates who are High School Graduates (old curriculum) or ALS Graduates, possess good communication skills, and have at least 6 months of experience in BPO (any account accepted).
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from 18,00 PHP to 28,00 PHP per month, along with perks like HMO, paid leaves, and government-mandated benefits. We offer both day and night shifts, Monday to Friday.
