Job Description
One-day Hiring Process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests making hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other channels.
- Assist with modifying or canceling reservations per hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot reservation issues, including overbookings and incorrect charges.
- Promote special deals to maximize hotel occupancy.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
