Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as Hotel Booking Agents with weekends off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without transferring the caller.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products and solutions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients, fostering team understanding.
