Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is seeking a dedicated Hotel Booking Back Office Agent to become part of our dynamic team. We offer a competitive monthly salary of up to Php28,00.00, along with an exceptional benefits package that includes rapid career advancement opportunities, HMO for you and two dependents from Day One, retirement and life insurance, and extra leave days.
Your role will involve adhering to standard operational procedures, effectively troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through one-call resolutions. We invite candidates with or without prior BPO experience, as long as you hold a high school diploma.
