Job Description
Orbit-Teleservices is actively seeking skilled Online Assistants to enhance our Hotel Reservation team. In this role, you will assist customers through chat and email, managing hotel bookings, modifications, and inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservation inquiries and cancellations.
- Provide prompt updates on room availability.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in BPO or customer service.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite.
