Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to standard operating procedures, escalating priority issues, and conducting basic troubleshooting tasks.
Qualifications: We welcome applicants with no prior BPO experience. Candidates must hold a High School diploma or ALS certification, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Type: This is a full-time position with a salary of up to Php30,00, along with opportunities for advancement and paid training.
