Job Description
Tech Caldwell BPO is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Hotel Booking Back Office Agent. Enjoy an industry-leading benefits package including a competitive salary and opportunities for rapid career growth.
Your responsibilities will include following standard operations, escalating priority issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through one call resolutions, and performing basic troubleshooting.
