Job Description
Tech Caldwell BPO is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Booking Back Office Agents. We offer a competitive salary of up to Php28,00 per month, HMO starting Day One with free beneficiaries, and flexible shift schedules.
Responsibilities include following standard operations, ensuring customer satisfaction with one-call resolution, and performing basic troubleshooting. A high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask are required. BPO experience is a plus.
