Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in our customer service team by:
- Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Providing accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using a phone and computer.
- Must be a Philippine citizen or hold relevant residency status.
- Diploma is required.
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
- Good command of English is preferred.
