Position Overview:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests making hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Assist customers in modifying or canceling reservations per hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot reservation-related problems.
- Promote special deals and room upgrades.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
