Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information or making reservations for hotel accommodations.
  • Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software or booking systems.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and relevant information in the database.
  • Keep updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
