We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who can provide excellent assistance to our valued customers. Join our team today!
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required, but must have excellent communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Have in-depth knowledge of our products to answer customer questions
