Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php25,00.00 monthly. Sapient is looking for dedicated Hotel Reservation Specialists to join our team. This is for urgent hiring, so submit your application now.
Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and meet performance targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
