Job Description
ORBIT SOUTH PH is seeking a Chat Support Representative to enhance our hotel booking services. This non-voice position is perfect for individuals who thrive in behind-the-scenes communication through chat or email. No prior experience is necessary—what matters most is your proficiency in written English, efficient typing skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Provide accurate and detailed product information
- Assist customers with requests and account updates
- Document all interactions in our system
We offer a full-time role with a monthly salary ranging from Php 18,00 to Php 27,00, along with a variety of employee benefits.
