Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will involve adhering to standard operating procedures, resolving priority issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and carrying out basic troubleshooting tasks.
We invite applicants from all backgrounds, including those with or without BPO experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Ideal candidates will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Available work shifts include day, mid, and night schedules, and we provide paid training along with ample opportunities for advancement.
