Job Description
Hotel Booking Express, a division of MetTech Technical Inc, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this vital role, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding service experience, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college education preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to manage high call volumes
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Able to work various shifts
