Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with one-call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Customer Service experience or 6 months in BPO.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00/month
