Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates for our team. Join Tech BPO Communications for the position of HOTEL BOOKING (NON-VOICE) with weekends off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact where possible to avoid transfers.
- Match customers’ needs to Clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with clients and colleagues.
