Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services
- Uses negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in
- Shares information with internal and external clients and colleagues
