Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly at SGS – Sapient BPO Jobs. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Assist customers in modifying or canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot reservation issues.
- Promote special deals to maximize occupancy.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
