Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents at SGS Sapient – BPO Hub! Earn up to 28k monthly while providing exceptional customer service to guests making hotel reservations.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with modifications and cancellations, troubleshooting reservation issues, and promoting special deals to enhance occupancy and revenue.
