Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Booking Specialist to join our team at SapientBPO Makati. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues for customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience or College graduate
