ORBIT SOUTH PH is seeking a dedicated Hotel Booking Support Specialist to enhance our customer service team. In this position, you will:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
No prior experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Work Schedule: Weekdays only, with weekends off.
Requirements: Must possess a friendly demeanor, computer proficiency, be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residency, have a diploma, and demonstrate strong English communication skills.
