Job Description
SGS Sapient – BPO Hub is urgently hiring Hotel Booking Support Specialists! Enjoy a one-day hiring process and the opportunity to earn up to Php 28,00 monthly. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients making hotel reservations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Assist in modifying or canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot reservation-related problems.
- Promote special deals and room upgrades.
- Suggest process improvements for enhanced customer experience.
