Job Description
We are searching for a dedicated and professional hotel manager to lead our hotel operations. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, manage personnel, handle financial transactions, develop budgets, and assess hotel performance. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Your key responsibilities will include managing staff, providing exceptional guest services, addressing service-related issues, formulating marketing strategies, collaborating with external partners, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits, including flexible working hours and a 13th-month salary.
