Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes guests at the front desk
- Maintains guest log
- Accommodates table reservations
- Handles inquiries and provides information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related
- Relevant training/work experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle stressful situations
