Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is excited to announce an opportunity for a Hotel Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, featuring a competitive monthly salary between Php22,00.00 and Php30,00.00, a 13th-month pay, and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage that includes three dependents from Day One.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional assistance and information to clients via phone.
- Manage customer support correspondence and inquiries.
- Effectively address participant questions and concerns.
Ideal Candidates:
- College graduates or high school graduates with prior BPO experience.
- Strong English communication skills; ability to work onsite is preferred.
