Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Hotel Reservation Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phone inquiries, assisting clients with their reservations, managing communications, and efficiently addressing customer inquiries. We are looking for individuals with a college degree or high school graduates possessing BPO experience, strong English language skills, and a commitment to onsite work.
