Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations
- Recognize and escalate priority problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- High School/ALS Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
